My name is Connor Staples,

I grew up in Springfield, but in 8th grade, my family made the bold decision to move to New Jersey, searching for new opportunities and a fresh start. That move would ultimately shape the trajectory of my life in ways I could never have imagined.

Throughout high school and four years full time after graduating, I worked closely with my dad in his own residential construction business. From the ground up, I learned the trade in the most hands-on way possible, taking on any job that needed doing. Whether it was full renovation of bathrooms & decks, framing entire houses, siding, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, finishing touches, or more of the business side of things; appointments, estimates, or computer work, I was there—learning, growing, and honing skills that would later become the backbone of my career. My dad's business was deeply rooted in working on some of the most luxurious homes in Princeton, a town known for its historic mansions and high-end properties. This experience gave me a rare perspective, working on multimillion-dollar homes and seeing firsthand what true craftsmanship looks like at the highest level.

Eventually, my dad was offered a union job—an opportunity he couldn’t pass up. It was a turning point for our family, and I knew it was time for me to chart my own path. After years of learning from him and refining my skills, I decided to move back to my roots, to Springfield, with the goal of bringing the same level of commitment, craftsmanship, and reliability that I’d learned in New Jersey to a new community.

The past year, while settling into Oregon, I’ve been working as a Maintenance Tech for Avenue 5 at Evergreen Village Delta Ridge. This hands-on role has given me a deeper understanding of property management and how vendors operate behind the scenes. I’ve learned how critical it is to have a reliable team of vendors who not only understand the technical aspects of property upkeep but also communicate effectively and provide timely solutions. This experience has broadened my skill set and reinforced my belief in the importance of reliability, attention to detail, and service excellence.

Now, as I settle in Oregon, I’m determined to build a reputation as the most reliable vendor in the region. With a strong foundation in luxury construction, a passion for detail, and an unwavering work ethic, I’m committed to providing top-notch service that my clients can trust, time and time again. This journey—shaped by my family, my work, and the lessons learned from a life dedicated to quality—has only just begun.
